Sopranessense

My junior solo recital was entitled "Soprannesense," which featured a diverse program of music for the soprano saxophone. This was the first soprano-only recital in Ohio University history. The intent of this recital was to demonstrate the vast diversity of the soprano saxophone and distinct adaptability as a player. This program featured genres of classical, jazz, gospel, bebop, dixieland, impressionist, blues, contemporary, and electronic music. This recital was also the world premiere of my original arrangement "I'm Not So Sure" for the soprano saxophone and looping pedal.
